Smart Thinkers Childcare Centre was founded in 2015 by Juliet Badong, an ECE-certified educator with a passion for early childhood development and a heart full of love for children.
Located in a safe and welcoming neighborhood in Surrey, BC, Smart Thinkers provides a home-like environment where children feel secure, valued, and inspired to learn. Every day, children explore through hands-on activities, creative play, STEM discovery, and outdoor adventures.

Smart Thinkers Childcare Centre is approved to participate in the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI), which provides government funding to lower monthly parent fees. Families with children in full-time care receive the following automatic reductions:
The fee reduction is automatically applied each month — parents do not need to apply. For more info, call us at +1 (778) 862-9344.
In the event of severe weather or power outages that prevent Smart Thinkers Childcare Centre from operating safely, an early morning decision will be made regarding closure.
🌨️ During heavy snowfall, if public schools in our district close due to unsafe road conditions, Smart Thinkers Childcare Centre will also be closed. The safety of our families and staff is always our top priority.

Enrollment is conducted on a first come, first served basis. Parents must complete all required documents before their child can be accepted, including a registration form, medical history, and proof of immunization.
Our program runs all year round. Families provide 6 post-dated cheques dated the 1st of each month, submitted to Smart Thinkers one week before the start date.
